Review by hotel critic
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Riad Maison Belbaraka during my business trip to Marrakech, and it was a delightful experience that blended comfort with local charm. The beautiful aesthetics of the riad truly exceeded my expectations—every corner felt inviting and clean, making it a perfect cocoon after a day of exploring. Hassan, our host, was an absolute gem, always ready with tips for navigating the medina and even organizing a fantastic day trip to the Atlas Mountains for my family. It’s moments like these that remind me of how important local insights are when visiting new places. Breakfast by the pool, with fresh Moroccan specialties, was an absolute highlight, and our kids loved the freedom of wandering the safe streets nearby. While finding the location initially felt tricky due to its deep placement in the medina, it turned out to be an adventure that added to the experience.
